Team building rafts, hot-air balloons or Roman chariots
SOP Events innovates with this new team building package dedicated to companies. You can choose between building a raft, a miniature hot air balloon or a Roman chariot! A real construction game where participants will have to communicate, organise themselves, imagine and work together.
Choice of team building activities
Whether it's building a raft, a Roman chariot or a mini hot air balloon, the participants will have to make these vehicles work at all costs.
Choose from 3 team building activities:
Team building Raft building:
Each team becomes a crew and has to build a sturdy and above all waterproof vessel to float on (river, pool, pond, etc.). Participants are given a construction plan, cardboard, tape and plastic sheeting to design and build a sturdy raft. Communicating, organizing, imagining and working together are the key words of this team building activity, to build a boat that will enable teams to take part in a relay race.
Team building miniature hot-air balloons:
The aim of this team building activity is to build model hot-air balloons (approx. 2 meters), but flying like the real thing! The materials used vary according to the aim of the day (multiple releases, distance competitions, simple releases...). The sizes, shapes and colors of the hot-air balloons can evolve according to your desires, but the basic principle remains the same: it's hot air that makes them fly! Participants will also work together to build and customize the basket. We prepare, design, organize and coordinate to ensure a successful outcome.
Team building Roman chariots:
In this original team building activity, teams build a cardboard chariot based on a plan with precise specifications. Each member of the team is assigned a task relating to the construction of the vehicle before its final assembly. Like any construction operation, the success of this challenge depends on a coordinated team effort, effective communication and a healthy dose of imagination and creativity. Teams then decorate and personalize their own vehicles by creating original, colorful graphic concepts, or by decorating them in your corporate colors, all using limited resources (felt-tip pens, paint...). The final challenge is to use the vehicles to win a race.
