Your team building seminar programme in Carcassonne :

First of all, we would like to inform you that all sanitary measures will be applied during your seminar. The meeting rooms will be set up in such a way as to respect social distance and the staff have been trained to make your stay as pleasant as possible despite the current circumstances!

This tailor-made programme covers the provision of the spaces and accommodation in individual cabins. Numerous options are available (activities, tastings, visits, challenges).

Day 1:

- Arrival of the participants in the morning and installation in the cabins.
- Welcome coffee (coffee, tea, fruit juice and pastries).
- Seminar with the use of a meeting room (capacity 20 people).
- Lunch on the estate with mineral water, wine and coffee (the final menus will be agreed a few days before your arrival depending on the season and market supplies. When the site is privatised, meals can be served on the terrace if the weather is good).
- The seminar resumes in the afternoon with a break (coffee, tea, fruit juice and biscuits).
- Dinner at the domain with mineral water, wine and coffee.
- Close-up magic animation during your dinner.
- Overnight stay in an individual cabin.

Day 2:

- Breakfast.
- Treasure hunt in the City of Carcassonne.
- Morning break during the activity.
- Lunch in a restaurant in the heart of the Cité de Carcassonne.
- Departure of participants after lunch or optional activities.

The domain :

It is a magnificent private estate of 112 hectares with its grounds sloping gently down to the Canal du Midi and its Mediterranean nature. In the morning, the unique light of the region offers breathtaking views of the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Alaric and the Pyrenees. The hotel also features a 17-metre long swimming pool.

Even deep in the woods, the relays of the three main French operators cover the entire domain... Wifi access (free) to connect to the reception lounge, the terraces and the swimming pool area... All the cabins are equipped with an 80 cm Led flat screen television...

Huts in the woods :

Clinging to the slope or perched in the hundred-year-old trees, all the cabins are classified as 3-star hotels. The rooms are cabins and the corridors are paths surrounded by 112 hectares of nature. Respect for nature, tourism and ecology... do not necessarily rhyme with spartan and uncomfortable housing. All of them have a private terrace (from 4 to 20 m2), television, minibar, safe, bathroom, shower, toilet... Most of the double beds (180 x 200) and 3 of the cabins are labelled "tourisme handicap", accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The meeting room for your team building seminar in Carcassonne :

Everything is ready for studious days in a natural and relaxing setting. Depending on the number of participants, your programme and the desired configuration, you can occupy one of the rooms on the estate (from 22 to 80 people depending on the room). Paper, pencils, paperboard, video projector, HF microphone, wifi... Any additional equipment (LED or Plasma screen, overhead projector...) can be provided as an option. During the meeting, mineral water and coffee/tea machine are available.

The treasure hunt in Carcassonne :

Participants will have to solve riddles in the prestigious setting of the Cité de Carcassonne. Fun and collaborative, this treasure hunt is a real life-size treasure hunt, a rhythmic discovery of the Cité de Carcassonne in teams, with maps and photos to support it. Validation of answers at the meeting point with your guide. Rewards for the winners!

The restaurant for lunch on day 2:

This authentic restaurant, located in the heart of the Cité de Carcassonne, is ideal for enjoying the mild summer weather in the shade of the trees on its summer terrace. You can enjoy the fresh air and delicious cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Open from the end of May to the end of September. On other dates, another restaurant will be available.
