Definitions

The Publisher: The individual or legal entity that publishes online services intended for the general public.

As part of our communication and customer relationship management activities, some of your data may be processed by automation and data processing tools hosted within the European Union (n8n, Brevo). 10- Data retention and anonymization periods

Data Retention During the Term of the Contractual Relationship
In accordance with Article 6-5 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on Information Technology, Files, and Civil Liberties, personal data subject to processing is not retained beyond the time necessary to fulfill the obligations defined at the time the contract was entered into or beyond the predefined duration of the contractual relationship.

Retention of Anonymized Data Beyond the Term of the Contract / After Deletion of the Account
We retain personal data for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes described in these Privacy Policies. Beyond this period, the data will be anonymized and retained solely for statistical purposes and will not be used for any other purpose whatsoever.

Data Deletion After Account Deletion
Data purging procedures are in place to ensure that data is effectively deleted once the retention or archiving period required to fulfill the specified or mandated purposes has expired. In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on Information Technology, Data Files, and Civil Liberties, you also have the right to request the deletion of your data, which you may exercise at any time by contacting the Publisher.

Data Deletion After 3 Years of Inactivity
For security reasons, if you have not logged in to the Site for a period of three years, you will receive an email asking you to log in as soon as possible; otherwise, your data will be deleted from our databases.

11- Account deletion

Account Deletion Upon Request
The User may delete their Account at any time by simply requesting it from the Publisher OR by using the Account deletion menu found in the Account settings, if available.

Account Termination for Violation of the Privacy Policy
In the event of a violation of one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy or any other document incorporated herein by reference, the Publisher reserves the right, without prior notice and at its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your use of and access to the services, your account, and all Sites.

12- Indications in the event of a security breach detected by the Publisher

13- Transfer of personal data abroad

The Publisher undertakes not to transfer its Users' personal data outside the European Union.
