SOP Events organises your corporate garden party barbecue in Toulouse. A chic and VIP open-air evening in a magnificent 160-hectare estate near Toulouse. Your garden party will be thought out and carried out down to the last detail with a cocktail reception, musical band, entertainment and a DJ.

Your Garden Party

The concept of this corporate Garden Party is to offer you an open-air evening with privatization of the venue, catering, barbecue, cocktail reception and wood-game entertainment. All accompanied by a jazz band (with the option of other artists) and a DJ for the end of the evening. Two large halls are available in case of bad weather.

Cocktail reception
Cocktail reception includes: beer bar, rosé, white and red wines, cocktails, softs and appetizers, gazpachos and dips, Salad'chef, Serrano ham and bell pepper tapenade, plancha, cheese slate and sweet note.

Wooden games
These activities encourage your guests to meet and exchange ideas, with wooden games of skill, puzzle games and cooperative games. Your guests will share moments of laughter, fun, relaxation, complicity and competition.

Musical entertainment
The first part of the evening will be hosted by a jazz quartet from Toulouse, passionate about traditional music, swing and django. You'll be immersed in a jazzy atmosphere from aperitif to coffee. The group will adapt to your tastes: soft music, popular music, background music - their repertoire is bound to have something for you!

DJ
The rest of the evening is DJ-led. You can choose the style of music you want in advance, but your DJ will be able to adapt to your wishes during the Garden Party.

The domain

This estate is located 4km from Toulouse. In the heart of a 160-hectare park, this estate offers 8 modern and flexible meeting rooms with a contemporary design. An art gallery connects you to the venue for conventions, prestigious dinners and event evenings. The garden party is of course held outside, at the back of the building overlooking the park and the forest.

Your corporate garden party can take place on your company premises if you have beautiful outdoor spaces. If not, we will suggest venues that are perfectly suited to this type of event and to the number of guests: a park, a huge courtyard, on the edge of a lake or pond, in a castle... we are constantly finding new locations in the South of France that are suitable for your outdoor events.
