Team building theatre in companies

- Theater workshop: Our approach to theater lets your employees experience the magic of the stage. You'll share unforgettable moments that will strengthen team spirit and bring to life the importance of listening, communication, daring, respect...

More than that, you will take up the challenge of allowing your teams to get to know each other better, to discover each other in a different light, to rediscover a child's soul, to be themselves, and all at the same level. Living well together is essential for working well together: thus, during these events, the theatre tool is used to promote team cohesion for both employees and managers.

These events can take place on the company premises, if your space allows, or in original or unusual venues, which we can suggest (theaters, reception areas, co-working spaces, restaurants, hotel reception rooms, etc.).

After a physical warm-up mixed with exercises promoting self-confidence through others, motor skills, listening and mutual support, participants will then discover theatrical exercises promoting team cohesion, audacity, co-creativity, oral fluency and improvisation. The themes of the improvisations can either be linked to the professional context to combine collective fun and constructiveness, or be more free-form.

The animation can last 2 hours, half a day or a whole day.

- Training/awareness-raising workshop :

Theatre is a tool for bringing messages to life for teams rather than reading them on screens. Our team of experts can help you to raise awareness of various issues in a fun and friendly atmosphere using theatre techniques, but also to provide the keys to solving problems in the future on the subjects covered.

Workshops range in lengthfrom 3 hours to a full day, and cover the following topics public speaking and cross-functional HR issues (detailed below). The topics covered can be customized to suit the needs and specific characteristics of your company. Here are a few examples: Public speaking /Positive communication, prevention of psychosocial risks /Corporate social responsibility /Equal opportunities for men and women /Disability awareness /Intergenerational management /Change management /Incivility management.
