Your team building near Narbonne in St-Pierre-la-Mer will start with an explanatory workshop on the preservation of the planet. During these explanations, your employees will learn more about the planet's issues, natural areas and the presence of waste. This workshop will be led by a volunteer from the Surfrider Foundation.
Your employees will then be divided into teams to compete in various activities lasting 45 minutes each.
Giant paddle: a timed battle with obstacles to overcome and beacons to retrieve, a fun activity par excellence that will appeal to the cohesion of your teams.
Kayak: a timed double relay on a marked course, an activity accessible to all with no need for technical skills.
Kite: a timed course with compulsory tricks along the way, an activity on the sand similar to kitesurfing.
Slack-line: a timed course on two stretched lines, a "land" activity for those who like to be dry.
Water-skiing/wakeboarding: a relay passage with compulsory tricks to perform, a fun, up-to-the-minute activity that brings people together.
Funboat/mini-catamaran: a timed relay regatta on a marked course, a sailing activity par excellence that requires little technical skill for immediate gliding pleasure.
These activities can be carried out without challenges for companies that do not wish to organise a competition and enjoy these activities in a fun and relaxed way.
