Team building Invictus Games

Offer your employees a unique and deeply human experience with the Invictus Games Team Building. Inspired by the international competition created by Prince Harry for injured or disabled veterans, this format revisits the Invictus spirit: highlighting the courage, mental strength and solidarity that can emerge in the face of adversity.

In this immersive and inclusive challenge, participants join the Commandant's training camp, symbolizing self-improvement and collective cohesion. Throughout a series of playful challenges, they will experience the need to adapt and help others, by temporarily experimenting with situations of disability (sight, mobility, hearing) to better understand the richness of diversity and the importance of inclusion.

Why choose Invictus Games team building?

  • Transmitting strong values: inspired by the Invictus spirit, this workshop promotes resilience, respect, courage and mutual support.
  • Raising awareness of disability: living with a disability, even temporarily, develops empathy and changes the way we look at difference.
  • Strengthen cohesion: mutual support and listening become the key to success for every team.
  • Favoring complementarity: everyone has a role to play, whatever their abilities, and collaboration becomes essential.
  • Experience a sporting and solidarity challenge: a motivating, engaging and stimulating activity, outside the traditional professional framework.

Varied, unifying events

Your teams will evolve on a course composed of 10 events, supervised by animators:

  • Blind bowling: aiming without seeing to build confidence

  • Wheelchair basketball: scoring baskets in a wheelchair

  • Voice-guided race: move as a team using only spoken instructions

  • Giant hands-off Pictionary: drawing while reinventing yourself

  • Mime Reaction: making people guess words without using their voice

  • Discus throw: aiming with a mobility constraint

  • One-handed knots: learning to cooperate despite reduced abilities

  • Tipi building: working on coordination and speed

  • Communication & collection: return items with guidance

  • Giant tic-tac-toe: create strategic sequences with physical constraints

These events emphasize solidarity, active listening and the ability to adapt. The aim is not just to win, but to share an experience in which each participant contributes to the collective success. At the end of the activity, scores are tallied, and the best team is rewarded at a prize-giving ceremony, in a friendly, caring atmosphere.
