SOP Events offers you an ecological team-building workshop based on food waste prevention! Participants will have to imagine, design as a team and taste an aperitif using the day's unsold food, all without recipes. A stimulating, tasty and ecological event, based on sustainable development and responsible event planning. This event is organized in collaboration with an association.
Course of your ecological team building
During an anti-food waste team building activity, participants compete in teams of up to 6 people to create a unique recipe using unsold food. The activity is accompanied by a quiz and a short presentation on food waste.
Part 1: preparation and quiz
Team members agree on a recipe for the aperitif, based on predefined ingredients. Teams then get down to work, preparing their recipe under tight deadlines. During preparation, each team answers an "anti-gaspi" quiz to earn points.
2nd part: deliberation and tasting
Each team presents its preparation to the jury, who evaluates the entire creation: the name of the creation, its originality, flavor and presentation. Points won in the quiz will also be taken into account.
Afterwards, all participants can taste their own preparations and those of the other teams, to compare their achievements and enjoy a convivial moment.
Cocktail reception
The anti-waste event will be followed by a cocktail reception catered by a traditional cocktail company. The cocktail dinner will consist of 15 pieces per person (appetizers, charcuterie slate, "little sandwiches", cheese slate, a sweet note). Two glasses per guest (soft drinks + Mojito, Cosmopolitan, Cuba Libre, whisky, vodka, rum, Get 27). Other drinks, see options.
About our partner
The structure with which we work has the role of promoting the recycling of food and non-food products, in particular for non-profit organizations. Our partner approaches restaurants, markets, supermarkets and hypermarkets to recover unsold products and then redistribute them via circular economy circuits.
