The aim of this Toulouse rowing team building activity is to give participants a special experience outside the workplace, an incomparable way of getting closer to nature. It's a perfect communication tool, creating bonds between employees. Rowing is a team sport where you have to listen and be listened to. It requires a great deal of concentration and trust in your team-mates to keep the boat moving in the right direction.
Your rowing team building program in Toulouse
You can choose to do your rowing team building activity in the morning or afternoon. Possibility to organise a seminar before or after your activity (see options).
On arrival, you will be welcomed in a private room over breakfast, followed by a safety briefing by a supervisor, with a presentation of the equipment and the activity. You will start with a 30 to 45 minute warm-up on an ergometer, better known as a "rowing machine" in gyms.
Afterwards, you can start the activities from the Ile du Ramier. On the Garonne, you will practice this sliding and speed activity while doing a loop of minimum 2 kilometres. The duration of the course can vary according to your preferences. Coffee, water and fruit juice are available.
On your return, your coaches will debrief you on your session. The participants will also have a lot to talk about!
Level : open to all (unless medically contraindicated), swimming ability required.
Mandatory equipment : close-fitting clothing, sports shoes and towel.
Equipment provided: rowing-specific equipment (rowing board, yolette, rowing tank). If required, you can wear a lifejacket during the course.
An ideal activity to share common values such as surpassing oneself, performance, group cohesion and humility.
