We offer you the opportunity to discover the world of wine, while having a fun and friendly time thanks to our corporate oenology course, all in 3 steps:
Discovery of the vineyard:
Participants in the team-building oenology course will start by discovering the Château's vineyard and learning about production methods (wine-making cellar and barrel cellar). The tour ends with a visit to the museum of old tools.
Corporate oenology course challenge:
The corporate oenology course will continue with an oenology challenge in the form of a quiz. Participants will learn about the different key stages of tasting (visual, nose and mouth).
Wine tasting and dinner:
Tasting the Château's wines, we suggest pairing them with mature cheeses. This meal is accompanied by raw vegetables (100g), still and sparkling mineral water and coffee. There are 7 varieties of cheese and 70g of charcuterie. Duck may be served in 6 varieties instead of the cheeses (supplement of €11 per person).
Your château during your corporate wine course
The château is located in the historic heart of the Frontonnais, a magnificent wine-growing area that has been cultivated since the 5th century. The estate covers an area of approximately 150 hectares of which 50 hectares are vineyards. A grand staircase leads you to the flexible reception area with meeting rooms for 8 to 350 people and a terrace with a panoramic view of the 17th century castle and its vineyards. Dinner is served in the castle's banquet hall, which can accommodate a maximum of 30 people and overlooks the terrace. Beyond that, dinner will be in the château's salon.
