Private evening at Toulouse racecourse: dinner, racing and betting

From the glassed-in lounges, your guests will have the opportunity, during the dinner, to place fictitious bets on private races, organised especially for your company. A host will be present to animate the evening and the sulky races. On each of the 3 races, four of your guests will be able to ride on sulkies with the professional jockeys to "drive" the horses and try to cross the finish line first. Other guests will be able to see the race up close in the follow car! The rest of the participants in the private rooms will have to bet on the winning horse! Once the race is over, our team will calculate the number of winners. If you wish, you have the possibility to award prizes for the winners. (Prize system for "good bettors"). At the end of each race, our host will collect the general impressions of the "amateur drivers", followed by the awarding of a trophy to the winning driver (prizes at your expense).

Course of the evening:

- 7.30pm: Guests arrive at the panoramic restaurant. The host will welcome your guests, give a presentation of the racecourse and explain how to play. Explanation of the technical aspects of racing (environment, course, training). Distribution of betting slips (it's possible to give the horses product names and write your logo on the betting slips).
- 20h00 : Seated dinner (see menu).
- 20h30: Entertainment for the first private race.
- 21h00: Entertainment for the second private race.
- 21h30: Entertainment for the third private race.
- 22h00: Prize-giving ceremony.

- Designation of "amateur drivers"
- Presentation of horses and "amateur drivers"
- Explanation of how to bet
- Taking into account of bets
- Launch of the race.
