An atypical concept that will make you relive the atmosphere of a market place through 6 theatrical tasting areas with fresh and quality products.

This new turnkey concept is ideal to surprise your guests who will find themselves in a warm atmosphere, conducive to discussions! You can also complete your evening with animations such as a close-up magician, but also a music group, dancers or DJ...(consult us).

Organisation of your corporate cocktail party

The place of your choice for your professional event will be transformed! Each of the buffets will be theatrical: market place type decoration (stalls, parasols, fresh products...) with various merchants (pork butcher, baker, fishmonger, market gardener, pastry chef...).

During your company cocktail party, discover or rediscover the flavour of regional products through the 6 different tasting areas (18 pieces per person):

The pork butcher's place :
- Slate of cured meats with bread from a baker (2 pieces per person)

- Cold culinary animation (2 pieces per person):
Happiness is in the meadow", the South-West in your plate.
Cutting of Samatan foie gras in 2 varieties:
Half-cooked foie gras with Armagnac and half-cooked foie gras with crushed peppers and its dried fruit bread, accompanied by its 3 small chutneys.

The baker's square : (2 pieces per person in the assortment)
- Mini navette bagnat style.
- Small ham and emmental club sandwich.
- Mini club tomato mozza and pesto.
- Mini club chicken bacon tandoori.

The market gardener's place : (3 pieces per person in the assortment)
- Marinated pasta salad with grilled vegetables and serrano.
- Caesar salad.

Hot workshop: (4 pieces per person in the assortment)
- Risotto with ceps.
- Risotto with gambas and asparagus tips.

The place of the cheese maker :
- Cold culinary animation : (2 pieces per person)
- Discovery around the cheeses of our regions.

The pastry chef's place : (3 pieces per person in the assortment)
- Lemon meringue pie revisited.
- Chocolate and pistachio panna cotta.

All your guests will have access to the bar to accompany their dinner with red wine (1 bottle for 5 people), white wine (1 bottle for 5 people) and non-alcoholic drinks.
