Do you remember those famous coloured plastic bricks you assembled as a child? With this team building game, you'll once again have the opportunity to give free rein to your imagination! It's a real team effort, helping you to synthesize your thoughts and improve group communication. A variety of challenges await you as a team!
Construction game team building challenges
Based on a group of 20 people, participants will be divided into 2 teams of 10. Travelling through time, these little bricks will be a cohesion and communication tool for all the teams. Each team will face a number of creative and unusual challenges, led by a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator coach and his team of specialists in team-building processes. They'll help you every step of the way!
Developed over 15 years ago by Lego® Group R&D teams, in conjunction with MIT researchers, this method promotes strategic thinking, communication and real-time problem-solving. It's an innovative, experience-based process designed to improve corporate, team and individual performance. It's a different way of approaching problem-solving: no powerpoint, no telephone, no paper, just colorful bricks and "knowledge with your hands".
This team building activity is ideal for developing communication between participants, improving team cohesion and getting them involved in joint projects. Available indoors or outdoors.
