Team building for the disabled

Discover with your collaborators many handisports which will allow you to raise awareness of the handicap. Small work rooms, busy places, sports areas, offices, production sites, seminar or conference rooms... Our "sports solidarity team building" can be adapted to almost any type of space, depending on your constraints, and can be set up on any type of surface within your premises or outside. They also offer an ideal support for team building while showing your sensitivity to solidarity issues.

Your handisport team building activities

We suggest you try out the following sports team building activities. You can choose a single activity or several, depending on your wishes and budget. It's up to you to put together your own sports team building day with your colleagues and enjoy these moments of cohesion.

Cecifoot
Modify your eyesight and take on your colleagues in a game of cecifoot, an adapted form of soccer for blind and partially-sighted people.

Goalball
A collective ball sport for the visually impaired and blind, goalball is a Paralympic discipline. It pits two teams of three players against each other, each scoring with a hand-held sound ball. Their guides accompany them to score as many goals as possible... from the ground. Lose your bearings, adapt, communicate and trust your partners to win the match!

Armchair rally
Compete against two teams in sports wheelchairs on a circuit full of pitfalls (chicanes, obstacles, tight bends). Several modes are available: in relay mode, you have to complete as many laps as possible; in timed mode, you have to be the fastest in the rally. You can also revisit the wheelchair rally to make it a more intense circuit, including a test of strength (pulling sandbags) and/or agility (collecting points on a giant target).

Wheelchair permit
To obtain your wheelchair permit, you'll need to: pass the "wheelchair code" (a quiz on disability and everyday compensation systems), pass a practical test (going up and down a slope, turning corners, opening a door, etc.). The most diligent will receive their wheelchair permit!

Armchair rugby tournament
Take your place in the sports rugby chairs of the Stade Toulousain Rugby Handisport players, who will be your personal coaches for the occasion. Appreciate all the ingredients of armchair rugby: team strategy, physical challenge, ball and armchair handling techniques and solidarity. Experience true handisport immersion!
