Team building in the forest with an orienteering course and 5 senses test
Offer your teams an immersive adventure in the forest, combining challenge, nature and sensoriality. Through an orienteering course and challenges involving all five senses, your employees will have to work together and surpass themselves to overcome the obstacles. A unique experience, ideal for strengthening cohesion and developing team spirit in a natural and stimulating setting.
Course of your team building in the forest
After a quick briefing, each team will receive a survival kit consisting of a backpack, compass, orienteering map, adventurer's notebook and bottles of water. They'll then set out on the forest trails, where they'll have to find their bearings and complete a series of varied missions.
Here are some of the challenges facing your teams:
Beacon validation: Using their map and compass, each team will have to find several beacons hidden in the forest. Once located, the beacons will be validated by punching a mark in the adventurer's notebook, a precision exercise that will test their sense of direction and their ability to work together.
Ephemeral land art: Along the way, each team will have to create a unique emblem using only the natural elements they find on site. A challenge of creativity and collaboration that encourages collective expression and ingenuity.
Sensory tests :
Taste: A blind tasting challenge, where teams have to identify surprising flavors.
The sense of smell: A tasting of forest aromas to test teams' ability to recognize the scents of nature.
Sight: Optical illusions to solve, a visual perception test.
Touch: A mystery box, where participants have to identify objects blindly, using their sense of touch.
Hearing: A Morse code decoding challenge, where listening and concentration are paramount.
These multi-sensory challenges will stimulate participants' different senses, while reinforcing their ability to work together to solve problems.
