Team building challenges
Take part, with your employees, in the team building activity "green challenges", a concept where the teams will do their utmost to take on fun challenges together!
Whether against the clock or against other teams, cohesion and communication should be the order of the day. You can take advantage of these fun activities linked to ecology to raise awareness among your teams about respect for the environment and talk about your policy on sustainable development. An original activity to be shared between employees to strengthen team cohesion.
Develop your team building activity eco challenges
Gathered in groups of 5 to 9 people, you will have to give your best to support your team and win each of the events. The guide will explain the activity and will compose the teams. In a second phase you will start the following activities (2h to 2h30):
- Quiz: Buzzer questions on ecology and sustainable development.
- Selective sorting competition "Basketball throw": You'll compete in a sorting competition, during which you'll have to choose the right colors and aim carefully.
- Blindfold competition: The team leader guides blindfolded team-mates to the correct garbage cans.
- Artécolo: Using recycled materials, you'll create a work of art.
- Pedal go-kart relay: Raising awareness of environmentally-friendly means of transport and a relay race on an improvised pedal go-kart circuit.
- Gutter games: Use gutters to carry water from point A to point B. Be careful to waste as little as possible. Be careful to waste as little as possible.
