Morning: Meeting

• Participants are welcomed at the seminar venue with coffee, tea, orange juice and pastries.
• Meeting/seminar in the hotel's plenary room.
• Gourmet break (coffee, tea, milk, fruit juices, mineral water, mignardises).
• Lunch.

Afternoon: Team building activity of your choice

After a morning seminar, participants can enjoy an afternoon of team building. Choice of one of the five activities below:

Copy Art
In this activity, participants will have to work together to create a work by a great artist. There's just one small problem: participants will be divided into teams, and each team will have to produce a part of the giant work! To ensure that the result is as close as possible to the original, participants will have to communicate, organize, imagine and work together to reproduce the chosen work as closely as possible (examples: Miro, Picasso, Matisse or Andy Warhol).

1, 2, 3, action
The aim of this original animation is to create a 3 to 5 minute clip on an imposed theme (determined beforehand). Different themes are possible: caricaturing a TV show, imagining a product advertisement, reconstructing a mythical scene from a film, plagiarizing a TV series, and so on. Teams have to make the best use of each other's skills and optimize the distribution of tasks: who's going to write the script, who's going to be the director, who's going to be an actor, etc.? At the end of the shoot, the clips will be viewed by all and then voted on.

Vini challenges
This wine-themed challenge takes place over 5 game areas, in small groups of 6 or 7 people. Each team will receive a sheet explaining the concept of each challenge. An oenological quiz will punctuate the half-way break. The 5 game areas are: climbing the Beaujolais mountains, wine aromas, waiters' race, winegrowers' school and pousse bouchon. These activities are examples only and are subject to change.

The Target
In this animation, participants are at the center of the game, using digital touch-screen tablets. The first team represents a group of dangerous spies (the Target) who have escaped from prison, and must use their tablets to pick up various objects around the city and reach strategic points in order to find €1,000,000 to leave the country. To stop them, three teams of secret service policemen are in hot pursuit. A real chase through the heart of the city, that will leave no one indifferent, not even passers-by.

2h30 Chrono
This activity is a real treasure hunt in the heart of Toulouse. Participants become players in a virtual world, using touch-sensitive tablets. Each team receives a tablet on which is displayed a list of stages to be completed and the number of points that can be earned on each stage. Participants will be able to create their own course to collect as many points as possible in the time allotted to them, all in 2h30'Chrono. Participants will have to take photos, solve riddles, collect objects, be dexterous, logical and fast.
