Day 1: Discover Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port
- Departure around 9am from Biarritz by private bus to Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port.
- Demonstration of Basque pelota on the fronton or trinquet in the typical village of Bidarray.
- Visit a famous Basque pottery workshop in Ossès.
- Lunch in a Basque restaurant.
- Visit the Banka trout farm in a magnificent, unspoilt setting in the heart of the Basque Country.
- Discover Pierre Oteiza's boutique in Les Aldudes and taste his products. Artisan Basque pork cured meats.
- Return to Biarritz around 6pm.
- Typical Basque evening in an authentic restaurant on a fronton, a trinquet or by the beach (optional).
Day 2: Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Fontarabie
- Departure around 9am by private bus to Saint-Jean-de-Luz for a tour of the town center and the bay.
- Head for Hendaye to reach Fontarabie via the Bidassoa river shuttle crossing.
- Stopover in the typical fishing village of Fontarabie, famous for its pintxos and fish restaurants.
- "Poteo" in the Rue de Fontarabie (1 glass + 1 pintxo) followed by lunch at the restaurant.
- Return to Hendaye by shuttle.
- Discover the Egiategia winery in Socoa with a tour of the cellar, explanations of underwater winemaking and a tasting session.
- Back to Biarritz with a stopover at Le Phare.
- Dinner at a restaurant (optional).
