Course of your multi-activity team building day in Aquitaine
On the edge of the Landes forest, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, try your hand at golf on one of the most beautiful golf courses in Aquitaine, enjoy water activities on a lake and then climb trees for a tree climbing session. For all these activities, you will be accompanied by an instructor who will provide you with multiple explanations: presentation of the activity, demonstration, safety and provision of equipment.
- Participants arrive at the golf course in the early morning with a welcome coffee.
- Introduction to golf with a professional.
- Savory and sweet cocktail lunches with wine included in a private area on the golf course.

Golf initiation
This day is ideal for novices who wish to discover the joys of golf or for experienced players who wish to participate in a friendly competition. You will be given an introduction to golf with a professional. The programme includes learning the rules and an introductory session on different areas of the game with free access to the putting green.
Nautical activities
Take advantage of a 130-hectare wooded area with a 20-hectare lake with a designated area for supervised swimming. Take advantage of this time to sail in peace on the Clarens lake and discover numerous water sports (paddle, canoe, pedal boats...).
Tree-climbing activity
We suggest you finish your multi-activity team building with a tree climbing activity. This activity consists of 6 acrobatic courses (accessible to all) with a compulsory initiation. Afterwards, you will be able to enjoy this wooded area during this tree climbing session.
