Team building cinema: make your own short film

What if your teams were to become the stars of a short film worthy of a festival?
With our cinema team building, offer them an immersive and ultra-federative experience: write, act, shoot and project their own film... in a set atmosphere worthy of a real shoot!
Between laughter, creativity and team spirit, this original format promises to transform your seminar into a great moment of cinema. Silence... motor... action!

The concept: a film from A to Z, shot by your teams

Forget PowerPoint meetings, get ready to shoot!
Supervised by audiovisual professionals, your collaborators form real mini-production teams. Each one chooses his or her role: scriptwriter, director, actor, cameraman or editor. Together, they invent a story, write a script, create a storyboard, don costumes and shoot scenes. All with professional equipment (cameras, microphones, lights, props, costumes... you name it!).

After filming, it's time for the magic of editing - carried out by us or with their participation - so that each team leaves with a real film ready to be screened, often that very evening at a festival-style screening, with Oscars at stake.

A fun and effective cinema team-building event that puts collaboration, creativity and humor at the heart of the scenario.

Objectives: unite, reveal, shine

More than just fun, this activity ticks all the boxes of a successful team building event:

  • Greater team cohesion: working in project mode naturally creates a group dynamic. Everyone has a key role, and it's together that the film comes to life.

  • Unbridled creativity: scriptwriting, on-set improvisations, visual effects or parodies... anything is possible. And the result is always surprising.

  • Communication and listening: each scene requires coordination, task sharing and adaptability. We discover each other differently, we laugh together, we dare, we innovate.

  • An unforgettable collective memory: the film becomes a veritable time capsule, to be viewed and shared. It's more than an activity: it's a team moment etched on film.

And the icing on the cake: this activity is perfectly aligned with your CSR and QWL values, promoting collaboration, collective intelligence and well-being at work, in a playful setting accessible to all.

Creative variations for a "Wow" effect

To make this experience even more memorable, we offer a range of customized versions:

  • 🎭 Custom themes: spy movie, romantic comedy, offbeat newscast, fictional commercial, blockbuster-style trailer, or even episodic series...

  • 👗 Costumes and accessories galore: immerse yourself in the world of cinema, and have fun from the very first scene.

  • 🏆 Awards ceremony: internal Oscars with jury, awards for best actor, craziest editing or best line.

  • 🖼️ Creation of film posters or video teasers as a bonus for an internal campaign or for distribution on your social networks.

  • 🖥️ Hybrid or digital format: ideal for telecommuting or multi-site teams. Everyone shoots their scene remotely, and we bring it all together.

Clap de fin (or clap de début?): turn your seminar into a film set

Cinema team building is much more than just a fun activity.
It's a real lever for cohesion, commitment and creativity, leaving a lasting impression on your teams. It's a fun and collective interlude that triggers giggles... and sometimes unsuspected vocations!
