A boot camp was originally a training camp for new recruits and special units in the US army. With team building boot camp, the idea is to adapt this sports and team training activity to the corporate environment. Discover a sporting activity in the great outdoors with a personal sports coach in a friendly, fun atmosphere!
Course of your team building bootcamp
Each bootcamp consists of a warm-up, the bootcamp itself with activities and a cool-down. Accompanied by a sports coach, you will experience two hours of sports activities in a place where nature rhymes with sport.
On the programme: fun jogging, athletic course, obstacle course, walking, orienteering, relay, tug-of-war...
The aim of a team bootcamp
The aim is to make participants understand that in terms of results, individual work is much less interesting than when group work is favoured. Each individual has his or her qualities and weaknesses, his or her strong points, but when the strong points of each person are pooled, the collective performance is all the more enhanced. A team building boot camp allows you to reveal individual potential, but also to learn or re-learn how to work together.

The aim of a military-style boot camp is to subject troops to strenuous muscular and cardiovascular exercise programs (explosiveness, strength, endurance, coordination, balance), but also, and above all, to work on the mind and the ability to surpass oneself.
