Course of your seminar in the Camargue
We organise your transfer from the station or airport. Start your seminar in the Camargue with a presentation in one of the 8 meeting rooms. After your meeting, discover the Camargue on horseback, enjoy a snack on a private beach and dine in a bullring with a horse show... As rooms, real Gardian huts! Possibility to modify this seminar package in the Camargue with other activities (consult us).
Day 1: Seminar in the Camargue, aperitif and cocktail reception
- Participants arrive late morning.
- Buffet lunch at the hotel restaurant.
- Afternoon meeting/seminar with coffee break.
- Check-in and check-out.
- Free time.
Available on the estate: tennis court, 2 outdoor pools, relaxation area with pool table and jukebox, SPA (sauna, Jacuzzi and à la carte treatments: extra charge).
- Provencal aperitif by the pool, with appetizers.
- Cocktail reception by the pool.
- Overnight accommodation in a single or twin room.
Day 2: Camargue seminar, walk and Andalusian evening
- Breakfast.
- All-morning meeting/seminar with coffee break.
- Lunch at the hotel restaurant.
- Discover the Camargue, its ponds, marshes, flora, fauna and the wild beach of Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer on horseback, in a horse-drawn carriage, on a 4×4 safari or by bike.
- Evening horse show in the hotel's bullring with Andalusian atmosphere and entertainment.
- Dine in the bullring and watch the show.
- End the evening with a dance party featuring a DJ and open bar (extra charge).
- Overnight in gardian huts.
Day 3: Seminar in the Camargue, then departure

Your rooms : Camargue seminar
All the air-conditioned rooms have a terrace overlooking the marsh in Gardian huts. Rounded off by the mistral wind to limit the power of the north wind and topped with a cross to ask for divine protection, these cabins are now luxuriously fitted out to welcome a clientele concerned with comfort but also with authenticity. The cabins are equipped with air conditioning or a large fan. The natural insulation of the roof (reeds) together with the windows and a light wind guarantee a pleasant climate in your hut.
Meeting room : Camargue seminar
For your seminar in the Camargue, 8 modular meeting rooms are available, air-conditioned and lit by daylight. On site, wall and mobile screens, paperboards, telephone, notepads, mineral water bottles at your discretion. Office space with computer and printer to optimise your seminar in the Camargue. On request: microphone, video projector, projector, overhead projector, sound system.
