Provisional programme for your seminar in Anglet :

This programme can be modified according to your wishes. It is also possible to have a meeting on one day only, leaving you free on day 2 for more activities.

Day 1: Meeting and dinner in Biarritz.

- Arrival of participants in the morning (Check in from 2pm).
- A welcome break consisting of coffee, tea, fruit juice, various pastries and fruit.
- Lunch (starter/main course/dessert), drinks included (wine/mineral water/coffee), served in the hotel restaurant with a view of the park and the lake.
- A meeting room for 20 people, equipped with a screen, video projector, paperboard, wifi.
- A mid-afternoon break with coffee, tea, fruit juice, various pastries and cut fruit.
- Dinner in a typical Basque restaurant in the centre of Biarritz (transfer at your expense, extra charge if coach).
- Accommodation in a twin room in a 4* hotel.

Day 2: morning meeting followed by a choice of activities.

- Breakfast served from 7am to 10am in the form of a buffet in the hotel's restaurant.
- A meeting room for 20 people equipped with a screen, video projector, paperboard and wifi.
- A mid-morning break consisting of coffee, tea, fruit juice, various pastries and fruit.
- Lunch (starter/main course/dessert), drinks included (wine/mineral water/coffee), served in the hotel's restaurant with a view of the park and the lake.
- Optional activity or free time.
- Departure of the participants at the end of the day.

The hotel :

On one of the most beautiful sites of the Basque Coast, this 4* hotel is located in the heart of a golf course and 300 metres from the beaches. For your seminar or study day, the hotel has 10 rooms up to 300 m² that can accommodate 220 people. The hotel has 90 rooms and flats, outdoor swimming pool (from May to October), free access to the indoor heated swimming pool with sauna and jacuzzi and the magnificent 18-hole golf course. Restaurant with terrace overlooking the park, indoor and outdoor bar.

Activities :

On day 2, the afternoon is free. You can choose to give the participants free time or choose one of the optional activities. Some of the activities can be done on one day or combined, depending on whether or not you want to have a morning meeting.

- Discovery of the Basque Country (optional): 1/2 day. Visit of the Bayonne bullring, visit of the chapel of Empress Eugénie de Montijo and aperitif in Fontarrabie.

- Visit to San Sebastian and then climb Mount Igeldo (optional): 1/2 day. Mount Igeldo offers one of the most emblematic and famous aerial views of the Bay of La Concha.

- Visit to Bilbao and the Guggenheim Museum (optional): 1/2 day. Panoramic city tour of the old quarter of Bilbao, its cathedral, the Spanish square, the Arriaga theatre, the town hall, the Ribera market, the Zubi-Zuri (transparent footbridge over the river), the Congress and Music Palace, and then a free visit to the Guggenheim Museum.

- Organisation of a friendly company golf tournament (optional): 1/2 day. Organisation of a friendly golf tournament for your company on one of the courses of your choice in the Basque Country. Management of scorecards, lunch at the golf course and cocktail with prize-giving.

- 4×4 tour in the Basque Country (optional): 1 day. From your hotel, leave for a day in a 4×4 to discover the Xareta Valley between France and Spain. You will then have a lunch break in an inn called "venta" to then take the road again in the middle of a wild nature.

- Biarritz bike rally (optional): 1/2 day. Bike tour of Biarritz and its surroundings. A road-book and riddles to be solved during the whole bike ride.
