Description of the offer : Hotel seminar Narbonne
This "Narbonne/Béziers seminar hotel" package in a castle allows you to combine work sessions with unusual activities. This stay includes 2 days/1 night with meetings, activities (solex relay in the vineyards, visit of a goat cheese producer in a school bus, meeting with mad scientists, discovery rally in a 2CV...), lunches, dinner at the castle and full board accommodation.

Day 1:
- Arrival of participants in the morning and provision of rooms.
- Welcome coffee (tea, coffee, hot chocolate).
- Meeting in a theatre-style room equipped with a screen, video projector and flip chart.
- Coffee break (hot drinks, fruit juice, pastries and seasonal fruit basket).
- Lunch served in the hotel restaurant (starter, main course, dessert, mineral water, 1/4 wine per person, coffee).
- Afternoon meeting with coffee break (hot drinks, fruit juice, pastries and seasonal fruit basket).
- Dinner served in the hotel restaurant: starter, main course, dessert, accompanied by a selection of Languedoc wines.
- Overnight stay.
Day 2:
- Buffet breakfast (pastries, hot drinks, fruit juice, fresh fruit basket,...).
- Meeting in a theatre-style room equipped with a screen, video projector and paperboard.
- Coffee break (hot drinks, fruit juices, pastries and seasonal fruit basket).
- Lunch served in the hotel restaurant (starter, main course, dessert, mineral water, 1/4 wine per person, coffee).
- Vintage" activity, various charming and legendary vehicles will be available at the estate: 2CV, solex and school bus.
- Departure of the participants at the end of the afternoon.
Your vintage activity (3h) :
- Relay in solex in the vineyard paths.
- Visit a goat cheese producer in a school bus.
- Meeting with mad scientists in the countryside to prepare a decoction of natural wild plants or a dictation led by the former village teacher.
- Discovery rally in a 2CV in the neighbouring village.
- To finish, a typical snack with checkered tablecloths...
Other activities include: wellness and stress management activities, botanical walks, bike rides, painting workshops, etc.
