Perched above the guests, feet free to move, these waiters move upside down, bottle in hand, ready to serve you with ease and stability. During your tastings, they ensure an incredible physical performance of 1h30 with impeccable service. For perfect balance and service, a self-supporting device 3.50m high and 8m long is set up by technicians. Composed of a tubular structure and a rail system, this innovative mechanism was specially designed for this event, and can be easily adapted and dismantled.
This suspended service will not go unnoticed, and your guests will leave with a unique souvenir.
Please note: this is a back-up service. Depending on the number of guests, it is necessary to provide waiters on the floor. In order to optimise the interaction between the waiters and the public, it is suggested to place high tables (standing meals) under the suspended service area.
