Guiding a horse blindfolded
Guiding a horse blindfolded, following instructions given by a colleague, means accepting to trust the other person and to move forward into the unknown. In this workshop, the horse's attitude will reflect your level of letting go and your ability to guide or be guided with confidence.

Organizing, planning and carrying out a group ride
The aim is to leadthe horse together in the same direction.As in the case of a joint project, we need to make the most of everyone's skills and motivations. Depending on the reactions and attitude of the horse led by the group, we can reveal the strengths or weaknesses of individual and collective communication.

Surround the horse with a rope and build team synergy
To move the animal from one point to another, while ensuring its well-being and personal space, is to improve its collective communication. Thanks to this workshop, everyone's communication skills will be revealed, and the horse's understanding of the collective message, as well as its comfort at the center of the workshop, will be the reflection of successful communication.
