Course of your Pipeline team building activity
This team building pipeline activity is designed to share with your team an original and unusual collective adventure... The notion of optimising the resources made available is essential. Starting from scratch, they will have to create a course that will make the golf ball travel several meters, with imposed turns and floors. Throughout the day, your employees will have to surpass themselves and demonstrate cohesion, creativity, ingenuity, information sharing and time management...
Except for bad weather conditions (rain, wind...) that require us to organise the activity indoors, this activity can be perfectly adapted to outdoor activities.
Details of the Pipeline team building activity
Each team has a set of construction materials. The aim is to build a Pipeline and to improve it by adding certain features (bends, slopes, climbs, decorations...). This animation requires the cooperation of all participants (to share or exchange your resources and especially to pool them).
In the final phase of the construction of each Pipeline, the golf ball is released at the mouth of the Pipeline and must pass through the entire Pipeline.
Of course, beyond the technical challenge, it is the communication between the participants that will be essential. This will enable them to create a perfect general course.
