Company seminar cooking classes

At the start of your company seminar, a coffee reception will be served to prepare this half-day seminar. Comfortable, pleasant and bright, the meeting room is next to the kitchen, ideal for working in a different setting from traditional seminars. WiFi access, video projector and paperboard will be provided. As soon as the cooking class seminar is over, participants can conclude in a fun and friendly way with a 2-hour cooking class.

Assisted by the chef, they will have to prepare a seasonal menu which they will then taste around the table d'hôtes. A food and wine pairing will be proposed to accompany the meal. Divided into 3 groups, the participants will have to prepare the starter, the main course and the dessert in the form of a challenge. The 3 teams will be graded on taste, creativity and presentation. The scores will be tallied and the result given at the end of the tasting. A gourmet cooking course that everyone will enjoy!
