Would you like to discover an exceptional place in the countryside for your management seminar? We have found the rare pearl and offer you an executive seminar in a privatised château! The Château and its estate, in the Haute-Garonne, is a unique place combining modernity and 500 years of history. Located halfway between Toulouse and Tarbes, 45 minutes from each town, by motorway, the property extends over 40 hectares, most of it wooded, criss-crossed by magnificent paths and populated by wild animals. On the programme: 2 days, 1 night in a privatised château with meetings, meals with a private chef and numerous activities to choose from (optional).
Day 1:
- Arrival of participants.
- Welcome coffee.
- Morning meeting.
- Lunch with a private chef (starter, main course, dessert, water).
- Afternoon meeting with gourmet break.
- "Cheese and wine" dinner with a private chef (10 different types of cheese, accompanied by salads, cold meats and wines)
- Overnight stay in a monkey room.
Day 2: Seminar
- Breakfast.
- Meeting or optional activity.
- Lunch with a private chef (starter, main course, dessert, water).
- Departure of participants and end of seminar.
- Rally: We offer orienteering (treasure hunts) in and around the Château property. This activity allows you to take full advantage of the 40 hectares of land and enjoy a magnificent setting that includes the banks of the Garonne, our woods, the estate's farm buildings and some of our remarkable trees.
- Archery: This sport is open to everyone, even those with no previous training. We hold our tournaments in the tobacco shed at the back of the property, where the hay bales are stored.
- Cycling: Departing from Le Château, we now offer mountain and/or racing bike outings, with or without electric assistance. All levels of difficulty are imaginable, as is the involvement of a former champion cyclist on request.
- White water: Rafting, canoeing or kayaking down the Garonne is another great way to build team spirit. We organize these activities with a team of professionals based 40 minutes' drive from the Château. Compared with other sports, rafting has one major advantage: it's accessible to everyone, whatever their physical condition.
- Trek: A mid-mountain hike is an unforgettable experience. We organize this activity in partnership with a qualified guide who will help you discover unique landscapes in the valleys of Haut Couserans in Ariège, the Ossau valley or the Aure valley.
- Cultural visit: Art also promotes team-building. A visit to Saint Bertrand de Comminges, a major center of the arts nestled in sublime landscapes, is a real journey back in time, through 20 centuries of history. The visit will include the Cathédrale Sainte-Marie, an architectural feat listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site, and its world-unique organ.
The Garonne River, which flows past the chateau, and the breathtaking view of the central Pyrenees complete the picture, making the estate an ideal destination for reconnecting with nature. The configuration of the site, notably its multiple access points and the possibility of arriving by helicopter, also make the Château an ideal location for confidential meetings of the highest calibre.
Whatever the number of participants, the property is always rented on an exclusive basis and the services offered are tailor-made. A 50-space parking lot is available free of charge.
Seven suites are available at the Château, plus three bedrooms and two bathrooms in the Métairie du Château and a new room in the former conciergerie. The ten rooms of the property have been renovated over the last few years and decorated with a subtle balance of period furniture, contemporary art and many objects collected by the owners.
