Incentive Pau: rafting on an artificial river!

As soon as you arrive, participants will be welcomed with a breakfast of fruit juice and pastries (if you wish to do this activity in the afternoon, the breakfast reception will be replaced by a snack break in the late afternoon). Afterwards, an instructor will give you practical advice and safety instructions to help you get the most out of this Pau incentive day. Once equipped, you'll head off for a 1-hour rafting session. You'll be supervised by qualified instructors, so you can learn or rediscover your whitewater activity in complete safety. Lunch at the restaurant is included before or after the rafting challenge. The restaurantboasts a panoramic view of the whitewater basin.

Description of the artificial river
Inaugurated for the 2009 Slalom Canoe-Kayak World Cup, this 300-meter-long artificial river ends in a 1,800 m² finish basin. A conveyor belt takes you upstream. The water flow on this artificial river can be adjusted to suit your level of practice, from 4 to 14^m3 per second. Mandatory equipment
Waterproof sports shoes with good grip (open-toe shoes are not permitted), waterproof camera, swimsuit and towel.

Equipment provided
Everything is included: loan of equipment, lifejackets, wetsuits, supervision by qualified instructors and liability insurance. Changing rooms with lockers and showers are also available.
