SOP Events organises your garden party barbecue in Toulouse. An evening, outdoors, chic and VIP, in a beautiful 160-hectare estate, just outside Toulouse. Your garden party will be thought out and realised in the smallest details with cocktail dinner, musical orchestra, entertainment and evening with DJ.

Number of participants: this package is calculated on a 200 people basis, but if you are 30, 50, 100, 500 or 1000 people, we will make sure to choose a place adapted to the number of people.

Place: 15 minutes from Toulouse. Also possible to it wherever you want in the south of France, on the quote (Bordeaux, Montpellier, Carcassonne, Biarritz, Arcachon…).

Your business garden party

The concept of this business garden party is to offer you an open-air evening with the privatisation of the place, caterer, barbecue, cocktail dinner and wooden games. All this with a jazz orchestra (possibility to choose other artists) and a DJ for the end of the party. Two large rooms are available in case of bad weather.

Our team will be on-site with two coordinators and one host for the wooden games, the waiters, the artists and the DJ.

The cocktail dinner

The cocktail dinner includes: the beer bar, rosé, white and red wines, cocktails, soft drinks as well as appetisers (ex: candied tomato tatin with serrano, salmon rillettes in millefeuille, a tiny ratatouille, feta and balsamic cream), gazpacho and dips (ex: tomato gazpacho and strawberry beetroot gazpacho, antipasti skewer), Salad’chef (ex: seafood cocktail salad, vegetable esclalivida, feta cheese and olives), serrano ham and tapenade, plancha (ex: beef tagliata, farm chicken marinated in lemon and lime, garlic and parsley chipirons, side dishes, grilled vegetables of the moment, apples), cheese tray (brie, bleu d’Auvergne, Basque sheep), and desserts (ex: strawberry and basil waffles, homemade yoghurts to drink and crunch, speculoos-vanilla, raspberry brownie, lemon shortbread biscuit, melba peach and vanilla ice cream, peach, fresh crushed raspberries, icing sugar).

The wooden games

These activities make it easier for your guests to meet and interact with each other with wooden games of skill, reflection games and cooperative games. Your guests will share moments of laughter, pleasure, relaxation, complicity and competition.

The musical activity

The first part of the evening will be hosted by a Toulouse jazz quartet, passionate about traditional music, swing and Django. You will immerse yourself in a jazzy atmosphere from aperitif to coffee. The group will adapt to your desires: soft music, popular music, background music, their repertoire necessarily contains something for you!

The musicians: Pierre Oliver on clarinet, Lionel on guitar, Paul on guitar, Fabrice on double bass.

The DJ: The rest of the evening will be hosted by a DJ. You can choose in advance the desired musical style but your DJ can, during the garden party, adapt according to your wishes.

The estate

This estate is located 4km from Toulouse. In the heart of a 160-hectare park, this estate offers 8 modern and modular meeting rooms with a contemporary design. An art gallery connects you to the place of conventions, prestigious dinners and event evenings. The garden party is obviously held outside, at the back of the building overlooking the park and the forest.

Organise your garden party where you want

Your business garden party can take place within your company if you have beautiful outdoor spaces. Otherwise, we will offer you places that will be perfectly adapted to this type of event and the number of guests: a park, a huge courtyard, by a lake or by a pond, in a castle…, we are constantly finding new places in the South of France adapted to your outdoor events.
