Team building military commando
During this team building activity dedicated to companies, the participants will be grouped into several teams in order to take up different challenges: construction of a military camp, physical warm-up, extraction from an ambush, rescue operation, food preservation and then commando operation!
Experience a half-day commando experience with activities that link the values of the company with those of the commandos: without the group spirit and solidarity, the participants will not be able to achieve their objectives.
½-day commando team-building activities
Participants can be equipped with a military outfit (trousers + army jacket, optional): comfortable and practical clothing allowing them to carry out the various activities in complete serenity. Each team receives a mission statement that accompanies them throughout the events: this sheet allows them to know both their route and their rotations.
Event 1: Dress up and build your own military camp
Participants must dress up in military uniform. They'll be given a construction plan, wooden planks, tape and plastic sheeting to imagine and build a military camp. Communicating, organizing, imagining and working together will be your real assets in winning this first challenge!
2nd event: commando-style warm-up
Here you'll do a physical warm-up at your own level, alternating physical exercises, observation techniques and team confidence-building. Our aim is to adapt the raid to the level of the participants.
Event 3: escape from an ambush
For your third mission, you'll have to get out of this ambush with the help and advice of your colleagues. This test is a good way of strengthening mutual support between participants through communication.
Round 4: Rescue your soldier
Your mission is to rescue your wounded team-mates who have been taken hostage, through good communication, mutual aid and self-development.
Event 5: Water, an essential resource
Your only lifeline, essential for the rest of the missions, will be water. Teams will have to secure and protect the water and bring it back to base camp.
Event 6: commando operation
This mission is kept secret, and the whole team is called upon to solve the problem and win the final collective victory.
The values surrounding these activities
In commando mode, employees are faced with themselves but above all with the need to collaborate. They are able to transcend their habits of mutual aid and their individual potential for the survival of the team. In this context, the effort made fosters confidence in the group's ability and in each other, as we are encouraged to show what we are capable of as a group in order to achieve the objectives. They will soon realise that each member of the group is indispensable and that we must rely on the others and vice versa. In addition to the benefits of this conclusion, real friendships are formed between the employees during this team building, and hierarchical barriers are overcome for a time.
At the end of your commando team building, a ranking of the teams will be established and we will give a "commando mission" certificate to the best team.

- Supervision by 2 coaches who are former non-commissioned officers,
