Team building cocktail party

During this cocktail team building activity, we will form teams that will participate in 4 different workshops on the theme of cocktails:

Quiz on cocktails:
Quiz team building cocktail and Bistrot expressions. Test your knowledge of cocktails! Learn everything you don't know and become a cocktail expert! At the end of the team building cocktail party, participants can taste their cocktails (1 cocktail per team). Our jury will announce the results of this challenge during your aperitif dinner.

Olfactory tasting:
Olfactory aroma tasting to recognize the primary aromas of fruits or ingredients used in cocktails.

Team cocktail creation and decoration:
We'll set up a buffet of ingredients: fresh fruit, syrups, fruit juices and spirits, enabling each team to make their own cocktail as they wish. At the end of this cocktail party team-building activity, teams can enjoy their cocktail (one cocktail per team). Possibility of creating and tasting one cocktail per participant, see options). Our jury will announce the results of this team building cocktail party after the last workshop.

Nuage de Saveurs tasting:
A cocktail is poured into a carafe and transformed into a cloud of steam, which is then served in glasses and tasted through a straw. All-new taste sensations. Opposing teams have to find the ingredients.

In fine weather and outdoors, a waiters' race (free of charge):
To end your cocktail team-building on a high note, take part in a race testing participants' talents for speed and balance. They must run carrying a tray on which glasses and bottles are placed. They must remain on the tray until the finish line!

If the weather or the location is not suitable, the waiters' race will be replaced by the mystery box event in which you will discover an unusual object or ingredient belonging to the world of cocktails or by the fun game of throwing a magnetic capsule at a countertop target.
