Mountain seminar
In summer or winter, organise your mountain seminar with SOP Events. 2 days, 1 night in a 4* hotel in the heart of the Pyrenees with a magnificent view of the mountains. Your mountain seminar includes a day of meetings and a half-day of relaxation with a mountain scooter activity and an outdoor picnic. Many other activities can be offered as an option during your mountain seminar.
Course of your mountain seminar in Saint-Lary
This "Mountain Seminar" offer is entirely modular and customisable.
Day 1: Study day
- Morning meeting with coffee break.
- Lunch at the hotel restaurant.
- Afternoon meeting with coffee break.
- Dinner at the hotel restaurant.
- Overnight in a 4* hotel.
Day 2: Activity and picnic
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Downhill activity on an Arapaho (mountain scooter).

In the heart of the Pyrenees, in the village of Saint-Lary Soulan, your fully renovated 4* mountain seminar centre has kept the spirit of mountain architecture, with wood, stone and slate. Located 50m from the cable cars, the mountain seminar centre welcomes you in a green and relaxing setting. At the foot of the Saint Lary ski area, the hotel, which has kept its Pyrenean roots and its mountain soul, cultivates a taste for charm and authenticity.

You can accompany your mountain seminar with several activities:
Mountain Seminar: Summer
Rafting: 8km down the river to the village of Arreau. Return by shuttle bus.
Canyon Rappel: A fun course open to all, with natural slides, jumps up to 7m high (optional) and a few abseils. Neoprene wetsuits and helmets supplied.
Rafting race: Descend the Bazus river to the Grézian bridge. The first team to cross the bridge is awarded a certain number of points, as is the second team... Then down to the Cadéac dam, using the same points system. A test of skill will also be offered. The team with the most points at the end of the descent will be the overall winner of this rafting race.
Orienteering: Each team sets out to find the greatest number of beacons in the village of Saint-Lary. Each team has a map to punch in. Each marker earns a certain number of points according to its difficulty. The winning team is the one with the highest score at the end of the race.
Mountain seminar: Winter
Snowshoe trekking: Discover the mountains on snowshoes and admire the ridges and their sublime panoramas, as well as the National Park and its many isards.
Snowmobiling: Come and explore the snow-covered resort on a snowmobile. A briefing, a practice run and off you go.
Dog sledding: set off on an unforgettable adventure! With the musher's help, you'll discover the snow-covered Couéou forest as you pilot your own sled pulled by magnificent huskies!
Ice climbing: Try your hand at ice climbing and climb the magnificent shapes sculpted by water and cold. You'll be accompanied by a mountain guide who will teach you ice climbing techniques. This activity is open to all.
