Creation of a participatory mural
The participative corporate fresco is an original idea, a symbol of team cohesion and based on art and painting! The participants will have to create a fresco as a team on a predefined theme with the logo of your company. Your guests will be able to express all their creativity, relax, share and create a real masterpiece during a fun collective activity.
Concept of your corporate participative fresco
The participants will have to pool their talents, showing imagination, rigour, concentration and creativity. This team work allows the participants to overcome the socio-professional barrier and must reflect the image of the company: it displays its colours and carries its values.
With a brush or felt-tip pens, the participative fresco will allow employees to immerse themselves in the world of street art and art in general. It will allow participants to enter an artistic universe, while reflecting on the values of your company. The details of the project, its format and the themes will be defined with you.
WHERE TO ORGANIZE YOUR PARTICIPATIVE FRESCO?
SOP Events can organise your participative fresco in the South of France, from Toulouse to Bordeaux, Biarritz, Montpellier, Albi, Carcassonne, Cannes... Indoors or outdoors, on your premises or at the venue of your seminar, it all depends on your request, your needs, the number of participants and the surface area required to accommodate them.
How your participative fresco works
Divided into teams or collectively, participants will have to create a work based on your choice of key words reflecting your company, a predefined image, your values, your logo, and simply let their imagination run wild under the expert guidance of an artist.
The artist sketches a fresco with a predefined theme. Each group translates its ideas into shapes and colours, in order to fill the whole canvas. All materials are provided for the participatory fresco and facilitators are present during the activity.
We offer three types of artistic team building activities to be carried out with your employees:
Mosaic of colors
Create and assemble the coloring pieces of your corporate identity puzzle. A creative symbol of your world, the participative fresco highlights your company. Over the course of the evening, your guests will sublimate your fresco by coloring in artistic elements such as doodles, pictograms and texts embodying your company's identity. Participants will be divided into small groups and invited to color the fresco using felt-tip pens (free choice of colors), then the pieces are assembled on a Forex plate to reveal the complete work. Participants can pick up the coloring pieces through a quiz, for example.
Créateam
The artist offers a wide choice of materials and creative tools to create a collective work of art by the participants. Divided into several groups, the team reveals the message of a project through art and team cohesion. A briefing with the artist is necessary beforehand to define the client's wishes and needs. The workshop is prepared one hour beforehand. On the big day, materials and artistic support are provided. Prices from : 680€ excl. VAT for 25 to 50 people.
Reflexio: Creative Brainstorming workshop
In this workshop, the facilitator offers a wealth of creative games to "deliver minds", with a view to revealing a professional objective, discovering a new business strategy, federating a group, finding a brand name, and so on. Brainstorming through art, theater and board games is an atypical form of facilitation, providing the kind of open-mindedness that is essential for finding concrete solutions. This team-building activity is led by a facilitator and an artist who transcribes the participants' thoughts live. You can combine this brainstorming activity with the "Color Mosaic" or the "Créateam". The artist needs 7 days between the brainstorming and the second activity to create your work of art. You can then color the painting with your colleagues. Prices from : 520€ EXCL.

EXHIBITION OF YOUR PARTICIPATORY FRESCO ON YOUR PREMISES
Your work of art can be displayed on the company's premises once the workshop is over. A souvenir for all your colleagues and an ideal communication medium for the company.
Price includes :
- Assembly and dismantling of the activity,
- The model prior to production,
- A speaker on the day of the event,
- One or more canvases depending on the activity,
- Acrylic paint and colored markers,
- Brushes and easels,
- Protection for the floor and for participants,
- Travel expenses in the Tarn and around Toulouse.
