The General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR) is one of the biggest reforms in data processing. This reform will come into force on 25 May 2018 in the European Union. The GDPR gives every company a new set of obligations and every consumer the opportunity to strengthen their rights regarding the use of their data.
1- E-mail, website :
The only purpose of collecting data on our forms (surname, first name, telephone number, email address, company) is to be able to contact the client following his request. We hereby wish to assure you that your email address is only used by SOP Events to send you our newsletter, and under no circumstances is it transferred to third parties. Our e-mail service is managed by a service provider who saves our data and secures it on various servers located in France.
All requests for quotations or contact by email, website or telephone and all personal data we collect from you or our employees are secure. We are obliged to send you this data within 24 hours. For each new contact in our mailing list we can specify the date we collected the information and where it came from. We renew the user's consent after 13 months through our cookies. In addition, if a contact is more than 3 years old, we must remove it if it has not been active during this period.

Also for the collection of marketing data, we use cookies on our website, the user can accept or reject our cookies.
3- Right to be forgotten :
Any user has the right to ask us for the information we have stored about them. You can ask us to delete this data under the right to erasure (right to be forgotten).
2- Software :
Our accounting software, hotel and flight reservations, CRM, computers and servers are RGPD compliant.
