Team building work of art
With this team building work of art, you will have the opportunity to realize an original construction in bamboo with an artist. Indeed, this team building workshop is a real team work allowing you to express your creativity and to improve your group communication. Several challenges will be taken up: the preparation of a bamboo and the creation of the work of art that you want: your company logo, cocoons of relaxation, nests, arches or bridges.
Your team building work of art in bamboo
Bamboo is a very resistant and aesthetic plant, all curved and fine. It is used to make eco-design furniture and decorations. The bamboo used here is French and cut on site. They are renewed very quickly and are part of a sustainable development approach.
On a basis of 12 people, the participants of the team building work of art will be divided into 2 teams of 6 people. The bamboo strips will be a cohesion and communication tool for all the teams. Each of them will have to take up 2 challenges:
Preparing the bamboo
During your team building work of art, after a demonstration by the animator, teams will have to split a bamboo, plane it and sand the strips within a timed period. Teams must organize themselves to carry out these operations neatly and quickly.
Creation and construction of a bamboo work of art, your choice
- Recreate your company logo.
- Construction of 2 relaxation cocoons or 2 nests made of bamboo strips.
- Construction of an arch or bridge made of bamboo slats that will connect all the teams in order to reach each other.
This team building work of art is ideal for developing communication between participants, improving team cohesion and involving them in common projects. It can be carried out indoors or outdoors.
