Your fencing team building

Introduce your employees to this elegant and precise sport with an Olympic Champion and Master of Arms coach. With 20 years of experience in the profession, he will teach you the techniques and qualities to develop to be a good fencer.

The aim of this combat sport is to hit the opponent with the point or edge of a white weapon on the authorized parts, without being hit. This sport conveys fundamental values beneficial to your teams, such as: performance, self-confidence, decision-making, analysis and information processing, strategy, mental strength... Swordsmanship is a unique and original experience that forges special bonds within your company.
 

Typical course of your activity :

  • Physical warm-up.
  • Presentation of equipment and dressing in fencing gear.
  • Specific collective warm-up with explanation of weapon holding, movements...
  • Group lessons in pairs with explanations of the various basic fencing actions.
  • Team assaults.

This activity can be carried out indoors or outdoors.

Conference, training (optional)

For your seminars, conventions or congresses, our coach can also act as a speaker or trainer. His remarkable career as a high-level sportsman and his reconversion as a manager of an association and consultant, is adapted to all situations. He will help you develop your company and your employees.
