SOP Events can organize your corporate meal in Toulouse at the venue of your choice, with plancha grills. From sandwiches to burgers, your guests can choose their meal "à la baguette"! This barbecue and plancha grill event is ideal for any summer occasion: the end of a semester, the start of a vacation, the end of a seminar or a team-building activity... It can be accompanied by a cocktail creation workshop and/or a pétanque competition.
Organizing your corporate meal in Toulouse
Two chefs will be setting up their plancha grills and preparing bread with duck or beef from the South-West (other choices available). Your guests will be able to discover original recipes made by a producer, with side dishes, dessert and wine.
Examples of grilled meats: duck sausage sandwich, duck breast sandwich, duck burger, beef burger, merguez sandwich...
Location scouting
For our corporate plancha activity, it's essential to confirm the location with the grill chef. It's a matter of choosing the space (indoor or outdoor) in advance, with water easily accessible. SOP Events will prepare a fallback solution in case of bad weather.
Optional:
Cocktail party entertainment: on presentation of a ticket, your guests will have access to the cocktail party buffet, either to make their own cocktail or to taste a cocktail (choose a unique choice in advance: tequila sunrise, mojito, margarita...).
Petanque, mölkky and blowpipe entertainment: participants can take advantage of a petanque area (to be defined according to the location of your meal). A friendly tournament can be organized in advance by us (list of participants, challenges and tournament grid). They can also play mölkky: theprinciple of the game is to knock down wooden skittles using a launcher called a "mölkky". The blowpipe workshop, meanwhile, is a fun game in which participants have to throw projectiles through a tube or pipe using the force of their breath.

- 2 sandwiches and 1 burger per person,

- Grill equipment (plancha and work tables).
